This brick veneer three storey home needed a complete renovation. We stripped it right back to its bare bones, including all windows and doors. We then removed four internal walls in the kitchen and dining areas to open them up.

The street appeal also needed attention, so we added a new front entry with a deck above it to improve the façade of the house. The client opted for a traditional Hamptons style deck with Chippendale balustrades and detailing.

There were three existing sliding doors in the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. We increased the opening size and installed three large bi-folds doors that open onto the pool and backyard, giving the client 180-degree views from the living areas.

140-millimetre Spotted Gum hardwood flooring was installed throughout the living areas and bedrooms.

Three new bathrooms, and a new gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry completed this breathtaking renovation.
