- 1st floor addition
- 2 new bathrooms
- 1 bathroom renovation
- New kitchen
- Carport addition
- Outdoor entertaining area
This two bedroom double brick home was built on a sloping block, on a rock shelf. This, combined with our consideration of the client who remained living in the home during the renovation, meant that a very skilful construction was required.
We started by adding the extra floor area to the ground floor layout, and then we added the first floor after that. Once we had the first floor addition completed, the client moved upstairs while we went to work altering the ground floor layout.
A large 3-meter high front door was installed, which opened onto a glorious 6-meter high open void area that was visible from both ground floor and first floor living areas. A large chandelier light fitting hanging from the ceiling void set off this space perfectly.
We installed a spacious open plan kitchen with a walk in pantry, complete with large bi-fold doors that opened up to a covered outdoor entertaining area, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
This is the 2nd project that we have engaged superior constructions to undertake our building project.
We found Jamie and his team very provisional and accommodating throughout the build process.
All of Superior constructions sub contractors were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel comfortable to ask questions.
The project was completed on time and on budget and was finished to a high quality finish.
My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and he team.
