This 1960 single storey brick veneer home, set in a quiet street in Pennant Hills, was still in its original condition and needed a complete overhaul to bring it into the modern day.
We started by completely gutting the interior and altering the old layout, to re-design the existing home and make it more functional.
The client wanted the home to remain single level. With the house being situated on a large 1300 square metre block of land, we were comfortably able to make all the desired additions at ground level.
A new master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, a concrete pool, and a large outdoor living area were added.
The old timber windows needed to be replaced as they weren’t aesthetically pleasing and most of them weren’t in good working order. They were replaced with new aluminium windows and doors throughout.
The old red brick exterior dated the house considerably, so rendering was needed to update the appearance of the home.
The end result was a modern abode with clean lines and great functionality.
