A large single room addition was added to this 1930 double brick home to take advantage of the large backyard and pool outlook. The room was 18 metres long and 8 metres wide, with a window surrounding two sides, overlooking the yard.

The raked ceiling with large curved windows at the end enhanced the beauty of this room. The inclusion of a gas fireplace with television above, surrounded by a bookshelf and cabinets, really exemplified what a dream home should feel like.
